Greenville drafts plan for $2M in federal HUD funding

Greenville receives federal funding annually to assist low- and moderate-income residents and support affordable housing. The city must submit an annual action plan and a five-year consolidated plan to HUD. Proposed uses of the funding include infrastructure improvements, housing construction, counseling services, economic development, and property acquisition for affordable housing projects. Public comments on the draft plan are being collected until June 21.
