Homebuyers can apply for up to $10,000 in a zero-interest, potentially forgivable loan for down payment and closing costs, with eligibility based on individual incomes. Most South Carolinians earn below the income limits, and the median home sales price is $340,000. The agency also plans to expand its Palmetto Heroes program for specific professions.
